Table of Weird Occupations and starting package
As a teaser for my current RPG project "Weird Sorcery", here is a table of weird occupations and starting package.
I tried to convey as much flavor as possible through items and occupation names.

Chitin collector: harpoon, chitinous armour, weighted net
Guardian Gravedigger: sharp shovel, hand of glory, hammer and nails
Selvedge Sentry: bow, hound, bear trap
Swamp Guide: cutlass, pole, waterproof coat
Mountain Champion: granite gauntlets, hammer and chisel, 15m of rope
Itinerant Augur: slingshot, oracular knucklebones, long sight
Mycologist Druid: mossy club, hallucinogenic spores, medicinal mushrooms
Timber Knight: two-handed axe, lichen armor, tamed fox
Lightning Caller: iron staff, 3m chain, generator relic
Noctambulist Harvester: sickle, oil lamp, large jute bag
Reckless Beekeeper: claw pole, portable beehive (3 giant bees), smoke bombs
Mortuary Priest: ceremonial scythe, reanimation salts, talking skull
Firebug Alchemist: 3 flasks of wildfire, mortar and pestle, bag of black powder
Bear Trainer: whip, honey pot, semi-trained bear
Dowser Prospector: pickaxe, hydrological maps, magnifying glass
Destitute Noble: rapier, family signet ring, loyal servant
Veteran Mercenary: crossbow, chain mail, scars and related stories
Bounty Hunter: flail, scary mask, handcuffs (3)
Silk Merchant: sharpened axe, spools of giant spider silk, purse of gold coins
Wyvern Roaster: tenderizing hammer, fireproof scale cloak, kitchen set
